Подскажите пожалуйста, AOR - он выдается сразу с PERом или идем отдельным письмом? у кого-нить есть образец письма?

Привет!
давно хотела отписаться, но никак руки не доходят.
Отправила доки в cic в начале мая, вернулось мне в Москву 4 августа с отказом, что деньги с карточки не смогли снять после 3х попыток. Карточка Виза Электрон Сбербанка России. Обидно даже не могу сравнить до чего Толи дело в Сбере, толи в Электроне. Так что лучше не рискуйте как я: электрон и сбер не проходят!!!
Кстати, до отправки носила форму Fee Payment Form в Сбербанк, спрашивала, пройдет ли такой платеж, сказали Обязательно!

У меня сбер виза классик - списание прошло без проблем.

Всем привет! Сегодня получили письмо от Московского ВО с уведомлением о переводе дела в Варшаву. Это можно считать за AOR?

получила на днях такое же письмо. Не думаю, что это AOR. Это просто связано с тем, что для Российских PR поменяли виза офис.
Мне интересно другое - сообщение о смене виза офис появилось на сайте cic уже давно... тем не менее, получается что ли, что дела все равно сначала отправили в Москву?

Мне PER пришел до того, как Москву поменяли на Варшаву. В письме было написано, что доки отправлены в локальный ВО. Вот видимо они и успели в Москву уйти. Те, кто позже PER получил, получали письма сразу из Варшавы, что документы пришли к ним из CIC.

в таблице FSW 2014 Global Spreadsheet раньше не было этого столбца, сейчас появился AOR by local VO



и насколько я понял AOR приходит в хронологическом порядке после PERа, и отдельным письмом, даже независимости от смены ВО.

так ли это?

пы.сы. вот, что нашел:

AOR acknowledgment of receipt& When do we receive it, once CIC receive your application at Sydney and it is found to be eligible it shall be sent to via email or the address you gave. This AOR shall include a file number and instruction to submit your full application to your visa specific office. Also the visa specific office for your country issues AOR once they receive your full submission prior to the 120days timeline. and what do we need to do after we receive AOR.Commence the gathering of your supporting documents for onward submission to the visa office.

AOR - Acknowledgement of Receipt.

If means your application has been received by the visa post. Once you get it, you also get a file #.(Это ОДИН И ТОТО ЖЕ НОМЕР КОТОРЫЙ УКАЗАН В PER? ИЛИ ПРИСВАИВЕТСЯ ДРУГОЙ? Then you have to wait for further instructions from the visa post (medical, decision, interview etc).

Рекомендуют добавить в контакт лист адрес FSW-Centralized_Intake-Office@cic.gc.ca с которого приходят PER. Дабы письмо не затерялось в Спаме.

File number/Application и Client ID Number /UCI (Unique Client Identifier) содержатся обычно в письме PER.

Immigration File Number / Application Number
You will find this number, also referred to as an "Application Number", on any official document issued to you from the visa office where you submitted your application. Your Immigration File Number/Application Number starts with a letter and is followed by a combination of nine (9) numbers or letters. (Example: B000000000 or EP00000000).

Client ID Number / Unique Client Identifier
You will find this number, also referred to as a "Unique Client Identifier", on official documents issued to you from a Citizenship and Immigration Canada office, Case Processing Centre or visa office where you submitted your application. Your Client ID Number/Unique Client Identifier has four (4) numbers, a hyphen (-), and four (4) more numbers. (Example: 0000-0000).
Where can I find my client ID/UCI?
This eight digit number appears on all documents you get from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).

Господа, а как получить информацию о расписке в получении пакета в CIO конкретным сотрудником? Я когда отправлял использовал почту EMS и уже потом на их сайте посмотрел что доставлено 19 июня. В томительном ожидании грызут сомнения по поводу и без...

У EMS кажется не практикуют сообщать ФИО получившего. Можете запросить в EMS по трекинг номеру.
Фамилия офицера, делу то не поможет. Пакет доставлен 19.06, вот и классно, дальше только ждать списание средств.

Интереса ради решила заглянуть в таблицу 2013 года. По той таблице в Варшаву поступило 12 заявлений, из них пока ни по одному не выдано визы. Но что интересно, в этом июле (с20х чисел по 30) было выслано 7 медицин. Видимо прежде чем браться за 2014 год, сначала выдадут визы 2013. Но то что в июле произошел такой скачек по мед формам, даёт надежду на будущую активность для 2014.
