Здравствуйте. Вы не подскажете, как скоро после отправки паспорта Вы его получили обратно с визой? И через какой VSF вы посылали?

Здравствуйте, я свой паспорта только сегодня передала курьеру на вклейку визы в Польшу. Сколько займет это времени сложно сказать точно, обещают дней 10, но опять же все зависит от визового центра в Варшаве

Непонятно, где вы сами-то? Если в Москве - то дня три. Если за пределами - обычно не более 10, со всеми пересылками. Но тут еще праздники сплошные.
Но гарантий конечно вам VFS не даст, ибо не от них зависит....

Я-то сама в Торонто. Муж - в Южном Федеральном Округе. Пытаемся определить стоит ли рисковать отправлять паспорт сейчас - вернут ли до 31-ого мая.

Вот и непонятно от кого тогда срок зависит? Визовый отдел посольства в Москве мне ответил, что непосредственно в их офисе процесс занимает 1-2 дня, но оговорились, что это не включает в себя транспортировку из VAC в их офис. Транспортировку же VFS производит. И они не в состоянии сказать сколько времени это занимает,

Спасибо за ответ, но я адресовала этот вопрос Кудряшке Просто она давно повл получила, вот я и предположила, что она уже получила свой паспорт с визой и знает за какие сроки это сделалось.

Мы вообще не рано радуемся? Как выглядят ваши ПОВЛы? Текст письма, который мы получили, привожу ниже. Это и есть ПОВЛ???

Dear *** ***,
The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost concluded. You must
complete the following steps within 60 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of
Permanent Residence and, if applicable, your permanent residence visa. If for any reason you are not able to meet this deadline, please inform us immediately by email to: mosco-immigration@international.gc.ca with details concerning your situation.

STEP 1: Change in Circumstances:
Should any of the following circumstances apply to you or any accompanying family member, you must
inform Warsaw office immediately:
 Change in marital status, for example due to marriage, divorce, separation, annulment;
 Change in family composition, for example due to death of spouse or adoption or birth of a child,
including a child born to your accompanying dependent child;
 Death of principal applicant, spouse, accompanying children, or death of sponsoring relative;
 Change in health;
 You or any of your accompanying family members being charged or convicted of a criminal
offence;
 Change in contact information: mailing address, e-mail address, or telephone number.
Your failure to inform CIC of any of these changes may result in the cancellation of your permanent
resident visa and may render you and your accompanying family members inadmissible to Canada.
Your failure to declare all of your family members, accompanying or not, will permanently exclude them from sponsorship under the Family Class regulations.

STEP 2: Passport Requirements – Determine if you need to submit your passport(s)
Determine whether you require a visa to enter Canada at www.cic.gc.ca/ENGLISH/visit/visas.asp
 Please note that if you or your accompanying family members are permanent residents of the U.S.A and a holder of a passport which requires a visa to enter Canada, you are still required to submit your passport(s).

If you require a visa to enter Canada, then submit your passport(s):
 Please provide your passport or travel document and a passport or travel document for each
accompanying family member. Any accompanying family member must have his or her own
passport or travel document.
 There must be at least two blank pages in your passport(s).
 Please note that permanent resident visas cannot be placed in Diplomatic, Official or Military
passports or travel documents. You must be in possession of an ordinary passport.
 All passports must be intact and not worn, torn or otherwise damaged; the laminate on the biodata
page must be securely attached. Each page must be securely affixed to the passport; there
cannot be any loose pages.
 Ensure that your passport is valid for at least 12 months from the date of this letter.

If you do not require a visa to enter Canada:
 Please submit one photocopy of the photo page and any pages containing amendments of the
passport for you and for each accompanying family member.
 Ensure that your passport is valid for at least 12 months from the date of this letter.
 Please note that you cannot use a Diplomatic, Official or Military passport to travel to Canada to
become a permanent resident of Canada. You must be in possession of an ordinary passport.

STEP 3: Visa Validity
You will need to enter Canada before your medical results expire. Medical results are valid for one year
from the date of your immigration medical examination. If you and your dependants underwent the
medical examination on different dates, the earliest date applies to the whole family.

STEP 4: Prepare your documents
You must submit together:
1. One copy of this letter.
2. Passport(s) OR photocopy(ies) of passport(s), as explained in Step 2.
3. Two (2) photos of yourself and each accompanying family member respecting precise
specifications that can be found at:

On a separate piece of paper, please provide the following information for you and your
accompanying family members (if applicable):
- Name, height, eye colour.

STEP 5: Submit your documents
All required documents must be submitted in one single package.
You cannot mail or submit the above documents in person at the Embassy of Canada to obtain your
visa(s). You should submit them via our service provider VFS. http://www.vfsglobal.com/.
Please note that VFS charge a fee for their services. Choose one of the following VFS offices:

Submitting your document(s) in Canada
If you have a mailing address in Canada and if you and all the accompanying dependents on your
application are currently in Canada and plan to be in Canada for at least three months, you may
submit your passport(s) to the Case Processing Centre – Ottawa.
You are required to send your document(s) together along with a copy of this letter by mail or
courier to the below listed address with the additional following document:
 A self-addressed, pre-paid Xpresspost envelope from Canada Post.
Purchase your prepaid letter-sized (32 x 24 cm) Canada Post Xpresspost envelope (Regional if you
live in Ontario or Quebec; National for other provinces and territories), at any Canada Post retail
outlet.
Complete the mailing label showing your full mailing address in the “Deliver To” field.
Make a note of tracking numbers for each envelope.
Enclose this envelope along with your documents and a copy of this letter.
You can purchase a Canada Post shipping label on line at:

Please note that the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa will not return documents to a Canadian
address via any other courier than a pre-paid self-addressed Xpresspost envelope.

Submit all documents in a single package and send it to the following address:

For all:
You should not make any plans to travel to Canada until you are in possession of your passports

@fati, ваш паспорт уже бы до Москвы доехал пока вы на форуме что-то выясняете.
Посылая туда и заказывая обратно курьерскую службу, за 30 дней паспорт успеет вернутся к вам. Без учета форс-мажоров.

@SvetlanaG, Не доехал бы. Завтра в России первый рабочий день с тех пор, как мы получили запрос на паспорт. И как бы я могла знать, успеет или нет, еслибы не спросила вас здесь, и Вы мне не ответили? И разве не для того этот форум создан, чтобы люди выясняли здесь вопросы, которые их волнуют?

SvetlanaG, нет, опять же из-за выходных. нужно оплатить сборы в банке и сфотографироваться. завтра сделаем. так Вы полагаете, что можно рискнуть? через VFS в Москве вроде люди говорят, что быстро паспорт возвращается. но я читала англоязычный форум, там люди из Индии, Сингапура, и т.д. ждут свои паспорта по полтора месяца... вот я и в сомнениях..

Эти люди не отсылают на вклейку паспорт и не вклеивают визу в Москве, правильно?
Нам в Москве три года назад вклеили за толи 3 толи 4 дня (считать от мы принесли и мы забрали паспорт из VFS). У вас прибавляются еще дни с курьерской доставкой.

Правильно. Именно сия гениальная дедукция и привела меня на этот форум, где я прочитала свидетельствования людей, имевших дело с VFS Moscow. Спасибо, что поделились своим опытом. Будем шустро конструировать план действий.

Та ну понятно, что VFS был закрыт, но курьерские компании работали. Хранили у себя пакеты, доставили в первый рабочий день.
@fati, не тяните и отправляйте. Паспорт можно будет попросить вернуть, если вдруг время будет приближаться к критической отметке.

Сроки, которые Вы указали, с личного опыта?

Личнее не бывает. Три недели как теще визу вклеили. Ровно 9 дней. Примерно такой таймлайн:
Четверг - отправлены доки в VFS-Москва, DHL.
Понедельник утро - доставлены в VFS. Кстати, в DHL можно заказать overnight сервис, до 9:30 следующего дня.
В понедельник же - унесли из VFS в посольство.
Среда - VFS забрал из посольства, в тот же день отправили.
Пятница - курьер доставил паспорт.
Ну и из ЮФО до Москвы совсем не так уж далеко, если время критично. Три дня там погулять.
А пропустите 30 дней, данных на вклейку визы - наживете кучу проблем. Решаемых, скорее всего, но оно вам надо?
