Как в Квебеке устроиться на работу пожарным
Доброго времени суток всем. Я работаю в МЧС Беларуси (офицер, на оперативной работе). Планируем с семьей иммигрировать в Квебек. Может кто поможет разъяснить вопрос с трудоустройством по моей специальности в Квебеке. Буду очень признателен за любые ответы...

В Квебеке хотят что бы вы пошли в колледж и там получили эту специальность

1 Join the volunteer fire fighters department in Montreal. It is a great way to gain experience and make sure you really want to be a firefighter.
2 Apply to the Academie des Pompiers in Quebec. It is the closest firefighting academy to Montreal. In order to be accepted into the academy, you must have a high school diploma and transcript of last grades, along with a number of other requirements that are listed on the website (see Resources below).
3.Graduate and apply for a job with the Montreal Fire Department. You may or may not be able to secure a job before you graduate. If you can't get a job in Montreal right away, you can always apply to some of the smaller cities around Montreal to gain further experience.
4 Secure a job with the Montreal Fire Department. You will have to complete their training program, but the experience you have gained should be helpful.

По другим провинциям вы набираете курсы и требования , которым нужно соответствовать, например вот.
Eastern & Western Canada
Note: In many cities, Fire Departments require duo-trained candidates...EMT-P (Paramedic) and NFPA 1001—Firefighter I & II.
Required Qualifications:
- NFPA 1001 - Firefighter I & II
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake endorsement
- Driver's Abstract
- Physical Fitness Assessment
- Medical Fitness Assessment
- Vision of 20/30 uncorrected
- Occupational First Aid or Industrial First Aid or First Responder Level 3
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of fire-related courses and programs
- Post-secondary education
- Building Construction training or experience
- Mechanical training or experience
- Heavy Equipment operation training or experience
- Fire-related work experience
- Ability to swim and preferably related life-saving certificate
- Fluency in a 2nd language or sign language
- Community involvement
Но даже после всего этого шансы скажем так не очень велики, конкурс очень большой.
