Я хочу работать в Канаде по профессии Electrical engineer 2133. Где можно узнать регулируем ли это профессия. Какие лицензии и сертификаты нужны. И как их получить?

Employment Requirements
License and Certification:
Professional Engineering (P. Eng.) is a regulated occupation in Manitoba. To work as an Electrical and Electronics Engineer, you must be certified by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba (APGEM). Licensing by a provincial association of professional engineers is required to approve engineering drawings and reports and to practice as a Professional Engineer. Engineers are eligible for registration following graduation from an accredited educational program, after three or four years of supervised work experience in engineering and after passing a professional practice examination.
General:
A bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering or in an appropriate related engineering discipline is required. Employers may accept completion of a college diploma in electronic engineering technology combined with several years of experience, for positions not requiring a professional qualification.
A master's or doctoral degree in a related engineering discipline may be required.
Progression to supervisory and senior positions in this unit group is possible with experience.
