Как я понял данная анкета заполняется для потверждения квалификации опыта строительной профессии с последующей сдачей экзаменов по прибытию в Альберту. Для одобрения LMO HRSDC запрашивает регистрационное письмо от Apprenticeship and Industry Training у работадателя желающего нанять иностранного работника. Существует разделение профессий требующие обязательного потверждения и выборочные:

The requirements for temporary foreign workers to work in the designated trades in Alberta are as follows:
Optional Certification Trades: Temporary foreign workers may work in these trades
o if they are Canadian certified journeypersons in the trade;
o if they have been approved under the Qualification Certificate Program to work in their trade in Alberta under the supervision
of a certified journeyperson while preparing to challenge the required examinations within the required time period; or
o if their Alberta employer is satisfied that the worker has the skills and knowledge of a certified journeyperson in that trade.
Compulsory Certification Trades: Temporary foreign workers may work in these trades
o if they are Canadian certified journeypersons in the trade; or
o if they have been approved under the Qualification Certificate Program to work in their trade in Alberta under the supervision
of a certified journeyperson while preparing to challenge the required examinations within the required time period.
Возникает вопрос: работнику нет необходимости проходить процедуру потверждения если его профессия входит в optional certification trades ,т.e. достаточно что employer доволен его опытом и HRSDC не будет запрашивать письма от AIT?
Внесите ясность кто в курсе или проходил данную процедуру при получении LMO?

Возникает вопрос: работнику нет необходимости проходить процедуру потверждения если его профессия входит в optional certification trades ,т.e. достаточно что employer доволен его опытом и HRSDC не будет запрашивать письма от AIT?
Внесите ясность кто в курсе или проходил данную процедуру при получении LMO?
